1. Security

Security for the safety of your personal information, Asila Jewellers store uses Tap Payments Gateway / SSL Certificates to encrypt information passed to and from the website during registration and checkout. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the padlock icon that appears in the URL line of your browser window when SSL is activated.


2. Disclaimer

Asila Jewellers ambition is for the website to always be up and running, however Asila Jewellers cannot guarantee this. Asila Jewellers cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time you place your order. In the event the product you order is no longer available you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after placing your order.


3. Price Changes

Asila Jewellers reserves the right to change prices of the products. The jewellery pieces depends on the daily gold rate, therefore, the prices of the jewellery pieces might change any time without any notice.


4. Gold Weight

Some jewellery pieces might change in weight after selling out. New batches might have different weights less or more than the previous batch. The stated gold weights in the product's page is an approximate weight, you might recieve a slighter less or more gold in the item you purchased than what is stated in the products page.


5. Payment

Asila Jewellers website accepts payments by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Benefit Debit Cards and Apple Pay. The full payment is charged when the package is dispatched. Payments are made through our partner Tap Payments B.S.C Closed. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. All orders will be processed with the store's default currency, Bahraini Dinar (BHD), at the checkout page.


6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be added to your order. Please view Asila Jewellers website shipping policy for information on the shipping rates.


7. Currencies

Asila Jewellers website cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the Bahraini Dinar (BHD) into any other currency. The currency selector in the store's footer is only for the customer's reference. All orders will be processed with the store's default currency, Bahraini Dinar (BHD), at the checkout page.


8. Value Added Tax (VAT)

VAT applies to all orders shipped to Bahrain, regardless of whether they are placed through our online platform or any other means of purchase.

  • VAT Registration: We are a registered tax payer with the National Bureau for Revenue in Bahrain. Our VAT registration number will be clearly provided on invoices and other relevant documentation. View our VAT Registration Certificate.
  • VAT Inclusion: The prices displayed on our website and all marketing materials are excluded of VAT. Total VAT will be calculated and added to your total order at the checkout page.


    9. Uncollected Packages

    Asila Jewellers will not be responsible for any uncollected packages.

    We welcome any comments about our service, so that we can improve what we are doing. We aim to deal with any problems quickly and fairly. If you have reason to complain about our service, please email our Customer Service Team (shown on section 10) stating clearly that you are making a complaint. Our aim is to respond to your complaint within a few working days, either resolving the complaint, or with a timescale for resolution.
